Mode of action:
The feed mixed with this product，during the pelleting, can embed/hold the vapor water in the matrix material.
The inner surface of the material can form a thin layer of the aquifer to increase mutual adhesion of materials. So that the feed can get a best conditional moisture content and retain moisture in the drying process.
Effect:
- Lower the energy consumption in pelleting, Increase pellet mill capacity by about 10%, save time and labor, Improve labor efficiency.
- Prevent the feed base material from losing too much moisture so that the feed water retention increases by 0.5% -1%.
- Improve pellet quality, make the feed particles uniform and smooth, the surface not wrinkled and reduce dust during granulation, chalking rate during transportation and storage.
